The German version is binding. The English translation is for information only.
These terms and conditions cover, on the one hand, the commercial room rental service of the landlady, GFS Therapiezentrum, and, on the other hand, the terms and conditions of the respective service provider, hereinafter the independent entrepreneur. The recipient of the service is referred to as the guest.
Statutory provisions remain unaffected.
I. Terms and conditions of the landlady
1. Contract with the landlady
The landlady lets premises to the independent entrepreneur against payment under a rental agreement. On behalf of the independent entrepreneur, she or a person commissioned by her answers telephone enquiries about the presence of the independent entrepreneur and receives guests on her behalf.
The specific service provided to the guest by the independent entrepreneur is not part of the rental agreement with the landlady. The nature of the sexual services is determined exclusively between the independent entrepreneur and the guest on their own responsibility.
2. Pictorial and textual presentation of the independent entrepreneur's services by the landlady
These descriptions are based on information and material supplied by the respective independent entrepreneur. The landlady accepts no responsibility for their content.
3. Payment
No separate fee is charged to the guest for the provision of the room. The respective services are settled directly between the guest and the independent entrepreneur.
4. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Munich, where permissible.
II. Terms and conditions of the independent entrepreneur
1. Nature and scope of the independent entrepreneur's services
The nature and scope of the contractual services owed by the independent entrepreneur to the guest are determined between them on their own responsibility. Otherwise these terms and conditions apply.
2. Service of the landlady
No contractual relationship is established between the landlady and the guest. Where the landlady or a person commissioned by her provides services to the guest, she acts exclusively on behalf of the independent entrepreneur.
3. Fee
The fee the guest pays to the independent entrepreneur relates exclusively to the services to be provided by the independent entrepreneur.
4. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Munich, where permissible.
