1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the operator named in the imprint. Technical operation and privacy maintenance are carried out on her behalf by Moser GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 11a, 80469 Munich (RoteLaterne.de), under a data processing agreement.
2. Data collected when you visit
Server log files
When you open our pages, the web server automatically stores the IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume, browser and operating system. This data serves secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Settings in your browser
The website stores only two items in your browser's local storage: confirmation of the age gate and your choice of day or night mode. They never leave your browser and contain no personal data. A technically necessary session cookie is set for the request forms.
Audience measurement
We count page views and profile clicks without personal reference: only which page or profile was opened how often on which day is stored. No link to individual visitors is made. Where a statistics tool (Matomo) is additionally used on our own server, it works without cookies and with truncated IP addresses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Room request
If you use the request form, we process the details you enter (name, phone number, optionally e-mail address, desired start, rental model, message) solely to handle your request and for queries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is sent to the operator by e-mail and deleted once processing is complete, at the latest after six months, unless a rental agreement is concluded.
If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a prepared text. WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) then applies. Data is only transferred when you send the message in WhatsApp.
4. Profiles of the ladies
The profiles shown on the home page are provided by the platform RoteLaterne.de (Moser GmbH). Clicking a profile picture opens the sedcard on model4you.de, also operated by Moser GmbH, whose privacy policy applies there. Profile images are loaded from RoteLaterne.de servers, which transfers your IP address to that server.
5. Google Maps
A Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.) can be embedded on the “Address” page. It only loads after you click “Show map”; your choice is stored in a cookie for 30 days. When loading, your IP address and possibly further data are transferred to Google, including to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw by deleting the cookie.
6. Fonts
The fonts used are loaded from Google Fonts, which transfers your IP address to Google. We are working on serving the fonts from our own server.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please use the contact details in the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Bavaria the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
8. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption, so data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
